川菜起源于四川,以其麻、辣、鲜、香、油重味浓而著称。烹饪方法多样,尤其擅长炒、煮、烧、炖等。代表菜品有宫保鸡丁、麻婆豆腐、夫妻肺片等。

Sichuan cuisine, originating from Sichuan Province, is famous for its spicy, bold, and aromatic flavors. It is characterized by the use of Sichuan pepper that creates a numbing and spicy sensation.
